Future Lots
All of the residential lots in completed developments are under contract by builders.
Re-Development Lots:
We are actively working to acquire control of tracts with lots previously completed where we will be able to complete or “re-develop” the lots bringing them to the Axis Point standard and then offer them for sale to builders. If you are aware of any tracts/lots, even those partially completed, which you would like us to consider for you, please let us know, and we will be pleased to review them to see if we can add value and serve your needs.
Up Coming Development Lots:
In 2012 and 2013, we expect to have a number of developments available. Two tracts which are actively being developed are:
BlueWater Lakes of Manvel, and
CreekWood Harbour in League City.
