Axis is currently actively developing mid-size premium residential communities planned primarily for quality regional and national home builders.
All of these developments have superior amenity commitments. These developments are distinguished by:

- organically designed private lakes,
- parks with special features such as intimate amphitheaters and
- boardwalks with gazebos over the water, and managed wetlands.
These communities range from 30 acres to 150 acres often with large lots up to 100′ by 220.’
Recently Completed: Located in northwest Harris County off Hwy 290, both White Oak Lake Estates and Parc Lake Estates are recently completed with all lots fully subscribed under contract to two builders. Notwithstanding the recent recession and continued general reduced level of market demand, home sales in these Axis developments have been excellent. We believe this is due at least in part to the design and execution of the exceptional estate lot communities.

NewPort Lake Estates first phase is nearing completion with homes in Manvel, Texas.
